3oz/60ml Creamy Mozzarella
1tbsp/20g Parmesan

2 Large red chilli

Meanwhile, craft the guacamole: blend avocado, 1/4 large red chili, shallot, and lime juice. Decant into a squeeze bottle. Repeat with the sour cream.
Layer your stretched pizza dough with the spicy salsa, followed by golden bacon, creamy mozzarella, and aromatic parmesan.
Bake for 50 seconds, introduce quail eggs, and bake for an additional 25 seconds.
Final touches: adorn with guacamole, sour cream, fresh lime zest, coriander, and a sprinkle of red chilli.
