Ingredients/Ajza :
-Mutton or Beef (Mix boti) 1 /2 kg
-Oil ½ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-sabz mirch paste (Green chilli paste) 1/2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) 1 or 2 Cups
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) 1/2 Tbsp
-Dhaniya powder (Corriander powder) 1 Tbsp
-Zeera (cumin powder) 1/2 Tbsp
-Sirka (vinegar) 1 Tbsp
Directions/Tareeka:
-Pot mein adrak lehsan paste,mutton, ker a 15 mintues tak pakaen
-sabz mirch aur sary masaly daal den
-Pani daal kr 35,45 minutes ya gosht galley tak paka len
-Ab tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Lemon juice,chaat masala aur kala namak dal ker serve karein.
