Easy Vegetarian Slow Cooker Recipe – Quinoa Enchilada Bowl
Ingredients:
1 (14.5 oz) can vegetable broth
1 cup quinoa
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cooking Directions:
Step 1: Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
Step 2: Cook on low 3-4 hours.
Step 3: Stir and serve, topped with favorite taco toppings.
