Hi Everyone!

It’s officially post wedding and honeymoon for me, and now back to reality! I’ve had the absolute best time traveling Europe and experiencing Italy, enjoying all of the delicious food and drinks. However, now my body is craving to get back into routine and back into cooking homemade meals. I find that I sometimes get stuck eating or making the same things over and over again, but with traveling and trying out new dishes, I always get so inspired to recreate a similar recipe back at home!

I love to start out my day by nourishing my body with nutritious foods that make me feel energized, satisfied, and fueled for the rest of the day! I find that how I start my mornings really sets the tone for the rest of my days. Fueling your body with a healthy, protein-packed breakfast not only sets you up for success, but also can help reduce sugar cravings and those afternoon crashes we experience throughout the day. Coffee Smoothie
– 1 Frozen banana
– 3/4 cup Almond milk
– 1 small Coffee
– Pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp peanutbutter( peanut or almond)
– Vanilla Protein powder
– 1/2 avocado

Whipped Ricotta Toast with Home Made Chia Jam:

Chia Jam:
– 1 cup frozen fruits like raspberry or blueberries
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tbsp chiasaeed

Ricotta Whip & Toast:
– 2 slices sourdough bread
– 1 cup fresh ricotta
– 1 tsp olive oil
– pinch of salt

Turkish Eggs with a Twist:
– 2 poached eggs
– 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
– pinch of salt
– 1 tsp olive oil
– 1 cup fresh asparagus
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 tsp paprika powder & chili ( optional)
– Fresh Dille or Koriander as topping
