Slow cooker Pollo Asada /  chicken Burrito

Ingredients:
* 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
* 1/4 cup orange juice
* 1/4 cup lime juice
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
* In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
* Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated.
* Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
* Once the chicken is done, shred it using two forks directly in the slow cooker. Allow it to soak up the juices for an additional 15-30 minutes on the “keep warm” setting.
* Serve the shredded Pollo Asada in tacos, burritos, salads, or rice bowls. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
