Soya chilli recipe | Indian Chinese #recipevideo

Soya chilli is an appetizer that’s tasty, nutritious and rich in protein! Absolute must try❤️

Ingredients:
– 1 cup soya chunks + water for soaking
– salt
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– 1 tbsp cornflour
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1/2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
– 1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
– 5 spring onion bulbs, finely chopped
– 1 green chillies, chopped
– 1 small onion, cubed
– 1 small green bell pepper, cubed
– 1/2 tsp soy sauce
– 1/2 tsp vinegar
– 1 tbsp ketchup
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 and 1/2 tbsp schezwan sauce
– 2 spring onions, finely chopped
– 1 tsp sesame seeds
– for corn flour slurry: 1 tbsp corn flour + 2 tbsp water

Procedure:
– Soak soya chunks in warm water for few mins.
– Drain the water and add salt, red chilli powder and corn flour to the soya chunks. Air fry them till they’re well cooked.
– Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Add spring onion bulbs and green chillies.
– Add cubed onions, bell peppers and toss well. Add all sauces and sugar and mix well.
– Add soya chunks, corn flour slurry.
– Garnish it with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
