HOMEMADE SWEET CHILI SAUCE | How To Make Sweet Chili Sauce

Sweet Chili Sauce is a famous dip for fried chicken, fish, or pork… it’s a simultaneously sweet, savory, tangy and spicy sauce incorporating red chilies, garlic, sugar and vinegar.

Ingredients:
2pcd medium red bell pepper
2 to 3 pcs bird’s eye chilies
1 medium white onion
5 cloves garlic
1 cup sugar
2 tsp rock salt
2 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tbsp cassava starch or cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp water
