Kalia Shafaq Sheer Ingredients –
Cooking the Meat:
½ cup Ghee
3 Black Cardamoms Pods
10 Black Peppercorns
1 Onion (sliced)
750 gms Mutton
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
½ ltr. Water
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
For Curry:
4 cups Milk
¼ cup Almond Paste
2 tbsp Rice Flour
For Tempering:
1tbsp Ghee
3-4 Cloves
For Garnishing:
Coriander Leaves
