DINNER SOLVED! Slow-Cooker Chicken Chow Mein

Slow-Cooker Chicken Chow Mein is incredibly delicious and the slow-cooker does all the heavy lifting for you. You can cook this on HIGH for just 3 hours, or give yourself the day and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours! The end result is a dish that’s truly better than take out! So good!

SLOW-COOKER CHICKEN CHOW MEIN INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1½ lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
Salt and pepper
3 medium carrots, julienned
4 green onions, chopped
3 celery stalks, sliced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz bean sprouts
⅓ soy sauce
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
½ cup water
