For slow cooker- cook on low for 9 hours or on high for 4
For stovetop— cook on medium low for 3 hours

1 Manzano pepper or habanero

Bunch of cilantro
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp oregano
Lard to fry
1 cup beef broth
Salt to taste or beef bouillon
