Raspberry Pistachio Honey Phyllo Cups! – Thanksgiving Appetizers!

These cute raspberry pistachio honey phyllo cups only take 10 minutes to make and are so good! RECIPE DOWN BELOW:

Raspberry Pistachio Honey Phyllo Cups:

INGREDIENTS:

-15 phyllo cups (1 box)

-8 oz. cream cheese softened

-3 Tbsp. honey

-15 raspberries

-finely chopped pistachios (for topping)

-honey (for drizzling)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place 15 phyllo cups on a lined baking sheet and bake at 125 degrees for 3 minutes, just to crisp them up.

2. Whip up an 8 oz. softened cream cheese, then add in 3 Tbsp honey.

3. Transfer the cream to a piping bag, and pipe it into the baked, and cooled shells.

4. Top with finely chopped pistachios, a raspberry, and an optional drizzle of honey! Enjoy!
