WHAT WE USE:

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp cooking oil, divided
2 lbs boneless, chuck roast cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp flour (add 3 tbsp if you want your stew to have a thicker consistency)
4 cups beef broth (additional 1-2 cups if broth evaporates during boiling process)
2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
4 stalks of celery
2-3 spoonfuls of tomato paste
Season with salt and pepper, as needed
Optional: 1 bay leaf extra flavoring
