Cowboy Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup diced onion
2 tsp pepper
3 tsp salt
2 tsp Mrs. Dash
3 lbs small red potatoes
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 lb ground beef browned and drained
4 cans of diced tomatoes
4 cans of corn drained
4 cans dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients except the cheese in a 4- 6 quart crockpot and stir well.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
Uncover crock-pot and sprinkle shredded cheese over top and recover and let cook an additional 30 minutes.
Serve with bread and salad.
