Introduction
Popular street food in India, Kheema or Keema Pav is a robust, peppery curry dish served with rotis, naan, or even plain bread or Indian pav-buns! While Keema is traditionally a South Asian meat dish, the keema used in this recipe is made with vegetarian ingredients, textured soy protein, and zero cholesterol. Keema Pav (Plant Based) Ingredients –

Preparation of the Spice-Mix
3 tbsp Oil
2-3 Bay Leaves
1/2 tbsp Cloves
8-10 Black Peppercorns
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Onions (finely chopped)
Spring Onions White
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic & Green Chillies (crushed)
1 cup Blue Tribe Mutton Keema
3-4 tbsp Spinach Purée
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 cup Green Peas (boiled)
Spring Onion Green
Green Garlic
1/2 Tomato
Dill Leaves
Salt (as per taste)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Spring Onion Green (for garnish)
