Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast
3 – 4 lb Chuck Roast
1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix or can use Au Jus Gravy Mix
6 – 8 Pepperoncini Peppers + drizzle of juice
4 Tbsp Butter
Place roast in slow cooker, top with ranch dressing mix, onion soup mix, pepperoncini peppers,
& butter. Drizzle a bit of juice on top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred meat with 2 forks
Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
