Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Oven
** Use a cast iron skillet if you have one!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish or a cast iron skillet.
BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired, and serve with chips, crackers and/or cut up veggies.
Maple Bacon Smokies
INGREDIENTS
1 package of lit’l smokies
1 pound bacon
1/3 brown sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Pat smokies dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
Divide slices of bacon into equal sections, and wrap each smokies with a section of bacon. Mix honey and brown sugar to make a glaze. Brush bacon wrapped smokies with the glaze.
BAKE smokies for 30 minutes until bacon is almost cooked through. Serve warm.
