Making Collard Greens from my mother-in-laws garden 💚💚
What you need:
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 lb shredded collard greens
1/4 onion
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 smoked turkey sausage
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 tsp salt & pepper
What you need:

2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 tsp salt & pepper
Finely chop onion, sauté in instant pot with olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add smoked sausage and sauté for about 2-3 min before adding in the broth. Add the collard greens and the vinegar and mix well before sealing the instant pot. Pressure cook for 15min and release to vent.
