Making the Sauce
2 tbsp Butter

1/4 tsp Lemon Peel
1/4 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp Parsley Leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
For the Dipping Sauce
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tbsp Parsley Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Dill Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Chives (chopped)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Salt (as required)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
