✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Garlic Chutney:
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) – 1 Tbsp
* Coriander Seeds(धनिया के बीज) – 1 Tbsp
* White Sesame(सफेद तिल) – 1 Tbsp
* Garlic(लहसुन) – 8
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 Tbsp
* Salt(नमक) – As Per Taste
* Oil(तेल) – 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves(करी पत्ते)
* Citric Acid(साइट्रिक एसिड) – 1/8 TSp
Green Chutney:
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) – 1 cup
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) – 1/4 cup
* Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन) – 1/4 cup
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) – 2
* Salt(नमक) – Some
* Lemon juice(निम्बू का रस) – 1/2 lemons
* Ginger(अदरक) – 1 Pieces
* Water(पानी) – Some
For Idli Batter:
* Fine Semolina(सूजी) – Less than 1 Cup
* Gram Flour(बेसन) – 2 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) – 2 Tsp
* Curd(दही) – 1/4 cup
* Water(पानी) – 1/4 cup
For Aloo Masala:
* Oil(तेल) – Some
* Garlic(लहसुन) – Some
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) – Some
* Mustard seeds(सरसों) – Some
* Curry Leaves(करी पत्ते) – Some
* Urad Dal(उड़द की दाल) – Some
* Asafoetida(हींग) – Some
* Boiled Potato(उबले आलू) – 4
* Salt(नमक) – As Per Taste
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) – Some
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) – Some
* Bread slice(ब्रेड स्लाइस) – 4-5
* Eno Fruit Salt (ईनो फ्रूट सॉल्ट) – 1 Sachet
* Water(पानी) – 1.5 Glass
* Cheese(चीज़) – Some
* Chilli Flakes/Oregano (चिल्ली फलैक्स/ओरिगैनो) – Some
* Chapati(चपाती) – 4
* Butter(मक्खन) – Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Batter, in a bowl, put Fine Semolina, Gram Flour, Salt, Curd,
Add Water gradually to it and make the batter, cover it and keep it for 15-20 minutes.
For Dry Chutney: Take a mixer Jar, put Desiccated Coconut, Coriander Seeds, White Sesame, Garlic, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt Grind them all and the Dry Garlic Chutney will get ready.
For Green Chutney: Take a mixer Jar, put Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Sev/Namkeen, Green chili, Lemon juice, and Ginger Grind them all and the Green Chutney will get ready.
For Aloo Masala: take a pan, put Oil, Garlic, Green chili, Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Urad Dal, Asafoetida, Boiled Potato, Salt, and Lemon Juice Mix it well & cook it then add Coriander Leaves.
take some Bread Slice & cut them into a round shape. then put a Bread Slice in the greased steel Bowl, then put the filling ball, fried veggies in it and then put the remaining batter in the bowl Some cheese, and dry chutney. give them steam for 10-15 mins. Check it with the help of a toothpick. Turn the flame off & keep it cooling down for some time. Then grease some Oil on the knife and take out.
For 2nd Nasta: take a chapati, spread some Green Chutney and dry chutney, Aloo Masala on it Then place the chapati on a pan and make them crispy.
