Ingredients:
2 tbsp ghee
2 sticks cinnamon
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp peppercorn
5 cloves
4 cardamom
1 tsp ginger, minced
4-5 green chillies
4-5 curry leaves
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup carrot, diced
1 cup French beans, diced
1 cup potatoes, diced
2 cups coconut milk
Salt to taste
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup green peas
Instructions:
In a pot, sauté the ghee and spices
Add the onions, carrot, beans and potatoes then mix well
Add coconut milk and salt
Mix well
Cook for 15 minutes with the lid on
Add the coconut cream and green peas
Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes
Pour the stew into bowls, garnish with coriander
