Ingredients
4 cups Mexican rice (Recipes listed below ingredients)
6 chicken tenderloins or 1 to 2 chicken breasts
1 cup of peas
1 cup of corn
2carrots
2 eggs
1 roasted Anaheim pepper
1 green onion
1/2 onion
4 garlic cloves
Oil of choice (avocado)
1/3 of a cup of chicken broth (1/3 cup water +1 tsp chicken bouillon)
1/2 Tbsp magi seasoning or soy sauce
1 tsp Mexican oregano
a little cilantro
Chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 Tbsp corn starch (maizena)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
