Chicken Shami kabab recipe

Ingredients
Chicken 2 kg boneless
Chana daal 1 cup soaked and washed
Aloo 2-3 medium sized
Onions chopped
Ginger/garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Black pepper whole 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 3-4
Black cardamom 4-5
Red chili whole 4-5
Cloves 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Cilantro 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Green chilies 1 chopped
Egg 1
Salt as needed

Instructions
1. Add chicken, potatoes, lentil, spices and garam Masala, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt and water.
2. Pressure cook it for 30 mins then cook it until water dries out. Let it cool
3. Then chop it in a food processor. Add cilantro mint and green chilies egg and make a coarse paste and make Patties.
4. Freeze the Patties for up to a month
