Harissa Egg and Hummus Toast – Recipe Below – this is a twist on my favourite breakfast. Dreamy creamy hummus – use any you like. My recipe is the best. Obvs – served on crunchy toast with spicy harissa eggs. Enjoy everyone x JGS

Serves 2 – 2 tbsp rose harissa – 2 eggs – 2 slices sourdough, toasted – hummus to serve – a few coriander leaves – salt
.
1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add the rose harissa. Fry for a few seconds until sizzling and then crack in the eggs. Season with plenty of salt and cook for 2-3 minutes or until set as you like.
2. Slather the sourdough with plenty of hummus and top with the eggs. Garnish with a few coriander leaves and get your gob around it fast.
