Instant Pot Birria Tacos (Quesabirria)

Although they’ve been around forever, one of the top food trends of today are Birria tacos (also known as Quesabirria since it combines elements of a quesadilla with a taco). Traditionally made with goat and an all-day simmering event, we are going to use beef (one of three cuts) and do this in a fraction of the time with under 10 ingredients.
