Today’s video I’m showing you how I make this classic dish! Picadillo. I keep mine super simple & straight forward but you can add different veggies, etc. This is the perfect dish to make when you want something hearty but don’t know what to make! It always hits the spot hehe

Ingredients used today:
1 12oz Pack Impossible
1/2 Diced Onion (1 Cup)
1 Diced Tomato (3/4 Cup)
*Optional Diced Tomatillo
2 Diced Large Potatoes or 3 Small Potatoes
(2 & 1/2 Cups)
1-2 Serrano Peppers
*Sub for Jalapeño for less spice or Bell pepper for mild
1/3 Cup Cilantro (Half a bunch)
1/2 Tsp Seasoning Salt (Lawry’s)
1/2 Tsp pepper
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
1/8 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Salt or Salt to taste
1 Bay Leaf
Sauce/Caldo:
3-4 Cups Water
2 Tomato
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tbsp Beef Bouillon
