00:41 – How to Freeze Soups in Jars- wide mouth jars are best to use, but I’ve used tapered jars with no issues. Make sure you do not repurpose pasta jars or use anything other than canning jars. Make sure the soup is fully cooled, fill to 3/4 full, and freeze with lids off or ajar until frozen solid.
