Pineapple and Banana Cream Cheese Dessert recipe-
graham cracker crust recipe (this works fine in a 9×13 pan)- https://goodcheapeats.com/homemade-graham-cracker-crust/
NOTES: Remember to chill the crust before using. It will help your cream cheese layer spread more easily.
Cream cheese filling-
2 8oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
1 1/4- 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
With a hand mixer, blend sugar and cream cheese well. Spread over graham cracker crust.
1-3 bananas sliced (use how many you would like, you could also leave this out if you don’t like bananas)
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
8 ounce tub of cool whip
Layer sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese mixture and then add then crushed pineapple. Top with cool whip. Store in the fridge.
