Jalapeño Bomb:
Ingredients:
*Jalapeno
*Cream Cheese
*Spicy Tuna
*Oil
*Fry Mix (or flour)

1. Slice jalapeno in half and take out all the seeds inside
2. Stuff cream cheese and spicy tuna inside the jalapeno
3. Gently cover the stuffed jalapeno with fry mix and then cover it with the batter
4. Fry them until golden
5. Cut fried jalapeno diagonally
6. Neatly place them on a plate
7. Drizzle spicy mayo and eel sauce on top

Karaage: Japanese fried chicken:
(Chicken)
*Chicken Thigh & Chicken Breasts lb
*Starch 5T
*Oil 4Cup
*Soy Sauce 5T
*Cooking Wine (White Wine) 5T
*Sambal 2T (optional)
*Garlic 1T
*Ginger 1/2T
*Pepper

(Salad)
*Cabbage 1/4
*Red Onion 1/4
*Jalapeno

(Salad Dressing)
*Mayo 2T
*Garlic 2T
*Lemon 1/2
*Sour Cream 2T (optional)

1. Cut chicken thighs and chicken breasts into bite-size
2. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sambal, garlic, ginger, pepper to sliced chickens and rest for 30minutes.
3. Add starch to the chicken
4. Heat the oil to 350F and fry them and let it cool (doesn’t have to be completely cool)
5. Fry it once more for extra crispiness (don’t fry it too long on the second time)
6. Add chopped cabbage on a plate with its dressing and the delicious Chicken Karaage

Keto Sushi: 3 WAY FISH ROLL:

Ingredients:
* Cucumber
* Albacore
* Salmon
* Tuna
* Crab Meat
* Mustard Sauce
* Radish Sprout

Recipe:
1. Cut the cucumber in half
2. Skin the cucumber around the core
3. Cut out 2 pieces of tuna, salmon, and albacore
4. Place them into the cucumber with the crab meat and radish sprout
5. Roll the cucumber up
6. Slice each roll into three pieces
7. Neatly place them on a plate
8. Lastly drizzle the mustard sauce on top

Keto Sushi: Pink Lady

ingredients:
*Salmon
*Mango
*Crab Meat
*Radish Sprout
*Spicy Mayo (or Soy Sauce)

Recipe:
1. Slice mango into smaller pieces
2. Cut out salmon into 6 pieces
3. Cut crab meat in half
4. Place crab meat, sliced mango and radish sprout on top of salmon
5. Gently roll the salmon
6. Neatly place them on a plate
7. Lastly drizzle the spicy mayo on top
