mushrooms – 250 g (8.8 oz)
onion – 100 g (3.5 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
sour cream – 100 g (3.5 oz)
mozzarella – 150 g (5.3 oz)
puff pastry with yeast – 300 g (10.6 oz)
eggs to grease – 1 piece
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
