Ingredients :
Quinoa – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
Onion – 1 (medium size)
Tomato – 1 (medium size)
Green chillies – 2 (chop)
Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
Curry leaves – few
Cashews – few
Veggies ( Chop all veggies into small )
Carrot – 1/4 cup
Frozen Peas – 1/4 cup
Capsicum – 1/4 cup
Beans – 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Salt
Procedure :
On Saute ,
Add :
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Mustard seeds
Cumin Seeds
Green chillies
Ginger
Curry leaves
– Saute a minute
Add :
All Veggies
Water
Salt
Quinoa (washed)
– Mix Well
Cancel Saute
Close the lid and seal
Pressure cook (or) Manual – 1 minute
Pressure – HIGH
Release – Natural Release (takes 10 minutes)
Open and mix Well
Serve warm
