Instant Pot Jamaican Oxtail Stew

This is an authentic Jamaican Oxtail Stew recipe cooked in my Instant Pot IP-DUO60 electric pressure cooker. You’ll never use a conventional pressure cooker again! If I missed something or if you have any questions or suggestions please post. And yes I know I forgot the “a” in Jamaican in the title LOL.
