5 minutes cake recipe | NO egg, NO milk

Fasting cake, no milk, no eggs. With a few money you make two trays.
This is the most delicious vegan cake I ate. It has such a nice color from the turmeric, you won’t say it’s without eggs. If you don’t want to use turmeric, you can add the zest from an orange, make sure is unwaxed.
My family loves this chocolate cake recipe. So easy to make, just mix everything in a bowl and pour it in the pan, is that easy. The ingredients are also cheap and everyone has them in the kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:
-470ml (2 1/2 cups) sparkling water
-200ml (1 cup) vegetable oil
-300g ( 1 1/2 cups) caster sugar
-600g (4 1/2 cups) flour
-15g (1 tablespoon) baking powder
-1 tablespoon vanilla
-lemon zest from 1 organic lemon
-1 teaspoon turmeric
For the chocolate part:
-1/4 from the batter mixture
-3 tablespoons runny strawberry jam (or any)
-2 tablespoons cocoa powder
-30ml (1/4 cups) sparkling water

It goes in the preheated oven at 180C ( 356F) or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the decoration:
-walnuts
-icing sugar or melted vegan chocolate

TIP:
*You can replace the sparkling mineral water with orange juice, or just tap water.
*You can replace the vegetable oil with melted margarine, same quantity.
*For the color, you can use orange zest instead of turmeric.
*You can make it all chocolate by adding a total of 50g cocoa powder into the batter.
