So you can even make this adai Kunukku are made during navratri and offered to the diety as prasadham without adding onions. Instead of onion you can use grated coconut. Channa Dal or Bengal Gram – 1/2 Cup

Toor Dal  – 1/2 Cup

Moong Dal – 1 Tbsp (optional) 

Urad Dal or Black Gram – 1 Tbsp 

Dry Red Chillies – 4 

Ginger – 1 Small Piece 

Big Onion – 1

Curry Leaves – Little 

Coriander Leaves – Little 

Green Chilly – 1 (Finely Chopped) 

Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 Tsp 

Salt – As Per Taste 

Note :  1 Cup = 250 ml
