THE BEST INSTANT POT HAM│INSTANT POT and the AIRFRYER│Dining With Tara
Today we are making the easiest and best INSTANT POT ham! You guys are not going to believe how easy this is to make. I’m going to use my AIRFRYER to crisp up the ham. If you have an INSTANT POT CRISP LID definitely use it. I don’t have one. If you don’t have either, by all means use your oven and it will still be delicious. INGREDIENTS:
3-4 pound Boneless Ham
2 tablespoons Whole Cloves (optional)
4-8 Pineapple Rings (optional)
3-6 Maraschino Cherries (optional)
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 cup of water

Marinade:
¼ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Pineapple Juice (unsweetened)

Basting Glaze:
½ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Pineapple Juice (unsweetened)
2 teaspoons Cherry Juice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine marinade ingredients and mix well. Coat the ham in the marinade. Add 1 cup of water to the INSTANT POT, place in a trivet, then add the ham. Pour remaining marinade over the ham. Rub brown sugar over the ham. Place studs into the ham in rows (optional). Close the lid, set to sealing on HIGH PRESSURE for 22 minutes. Allow 10 minutes of natural pressure. Perform a quick release. Remove the ham and place inside the AIRFRYER basket. Cook for 10 minutes at 370F. Combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Apply a light glaze to the ham. Add a 2 second spray of cooking spray to the ham. If using, add pineapple slices and cherries to the bottom of the AIRFRYER. Cook for 10 more minutes. Glaze the ham once more, and cook for 2-8 minutes or until perfectly crispy for you. Let rest for at least 5 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
