So my favorite Jamaican restaurant is closed during this time. I was craving oxtails and rice of course! I decided to go ahead and throw some oxtails and oxtail gravy in the crock pot and slow cook over night.
I love waking up to a house smelling like soul and goodness from food!
These oxtails came out so juicy and tender. It was perfect for my Sunday dinner.

2 packs of oxtails
• Marinade/Oxtail Gravy
– 1 (medium) Green Bell Pepper,Chopped
– 1 onion ( of your choice),Chopped
– 1 1/2 Tbs,Brown sugar
– 2 Chicken bouillons (2 Tsp)
– 2 Tbs,Badia Seasoning (all purpose seasoning)
– 2 Sazon Seasoning packets(optional)
– 2 tbs,Black pepper
– 5 Tbs,Onion powder
– 1 Tbs, Paprika
– 1/2 Tsp, Cayenne Pepper
– 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
– 1 1/2 Tbs, Soy Sauce
– Sprinkle of adobo or seasoning salt
– 4 Tbs,Jamaican Browning sauce(1 tbs placed to the side)
– 4 Cups,Chicken or Beef broth
– 1/2 Cup,Flour
– 3 Tbs, Salted Butter
– 4 Tbs, Oil
