– 150g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
– 1/2Tsp Baking powder
(ベーキングパウダー)
– 1/4Tsp Salt
(塩)
– 80ml Water
(水)
– 15g Vegetable oil
(サラダ油)
– Knead for 3 minutes
(2分間捏ねる)
– Wait for 15 minutes
(15分待つ)
– Knead for 1 minute
(1分間捏ねる)
– Low heat 3 minutes
(弱火 3分)
– 300g Potato
(じゃがいも)
– Medium heat 15 minutes
(中火 15分)
– 10g Vegetable oil
(サラダ油)
– 60g Onion
(玉ねぎ)
– 1Tsp Chilli flakes
(チリフレーク)
– Black pepper
(胡椒)
– 5g Coriander leaves
(コリアンダーの葉)
– 1/2Tsp Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
– 1/2Tsp Salt
(塩)
– Ketchup
(ケチャップ)
– Mozzarella cheese
(モッツァレラ)
– Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
– Low heat 5~7 minutes
(弱火 5~7分)
