I’ll start off by making restaurant style rice, then I will cook some beans and refry them.
Always remember to make extra beans so you can put them in freezer and you will never have to buy canned beans again because they are lame!

INGREDIENTS:
Mexican Rice
– 2 cups of long grain rice
– 4 oz of tomato sauce
– 4 cups of chicken broth OR 4 cups of water+ 4 Teaspoons Knorr Caldo De Pollo
– 1/4 onion, diced
Pot of beans
– 2 cups of beans, wash thoroughly and presoak overnight.
– about 2 quarters of water, make sure beans are covered in water.
– 1/4 onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
Refried beans
– 3 cups of cooked beans
– 1/4 diced onion
– cooking oil, you can also use lard or bacon grease
