1/2 cup β chana / chickpea ( soaked )
1 cup β water
pinch β turmeric powder
pinch β pepper powder
salt to taste
RECIPE #2 β Aval ( brown poha / flattened rice) Snack

1 cup β aval / brown poha ( flattened rice )
1/2 cup β coconut ( grated )
1/4 cup β cashew nuts ( chopped )
1 tbsp β ghee
