Tuscan Chicken Pot (serves 8)
10-12 skinless & boneless chicken thighs
2x chopped onions
6 tsp chopped garlic (I used frozen)
120g sundried tomatoes
400ml chicken stock
2 tsp chilli flakes
250g orzo

4 tbsp worcester sauce
