How to make Korean Mexican Guisado Recipe | Views on the road Korean Mexican Food

Korean cheesy pork belly guisado/stew! This is comfort food in my Korean Mexican home. Many of you have seen me make this and have requested this delicious recipe. I hope you all enjoy as much as our family. Steph and Cloud

Ingredients
1 cup of warm water
1/2 Pound pork belly (pork butt, or your favorite pieces of pot, and ground pork works well too)
1/2 Sliced white or yellow onion
1 cup chopped kimchi + 1/2 cup kimchi juice
1 Green onion
2-3 Garlic cloves
1 Zucchini
3/4 cup Mozzarella
Small piece of fresh ginger + juice or 1/2 Tsp ginger powder
3 Tbs ketchup
2 Tbs gochujang paste (Korean chili paste)
1 Tbs Guajillo chili powder (or boil 1 guajillo chili pod and blend it)
2 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 Tbs sogogi dashida or 1/2 Tbs chicken bouillon
1/2 Tbs Vinegar
Cilantro to taste

if you use sogogi dashida you get more of a Korean flavor
if you use chicken bouillon you get more of a Mexican flavor
