Chicken Kheema Biryani is a flavorful one-pot meal with fragrant long grain cooked basmati rice in Minced Chicken and aromatic whole spices.

Chicken Keema Biryani Ingredients –

0:30 – To Marinate Chicken
800 Gms Chicken Mince
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder

1:24 – To Make Chicken Keema
5 Tbsp Oil
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Star Anise
5 Green Cardamoms
5 Cloves
10 Black Peppercorns
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
4 onion (finely chopped)
Salt
1 Tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
3 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Marinated Keema
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/4 cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
1/2 cup Green coriander ( chopped)
5-6 Green Chillies (slit)
Salt

5:05 – To Make Biryani
Cooked Chicken Keema
5 Boiled Egg
5 cups Rice (boiled)
Saffron Water
Oil
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
fried onions
