Easy Instant Pot Egg Bites Recipe

This is my favorite Egg bite recipe perfect for egg lovers.
It’s easy to make and great for those who are new to using the instant pot.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Chopped Spinach
1 1/2 Cups Shredded cheese
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
*Make sure you begin by adding 1 Cup of water onto the bottom of your instant pot.

Add the Spinach, Eggs, Shredded Cheese, Cottage cheese, Red onion and Salt onto the blender and blend until smooth.

Divvy the mixture evenly into 7 pods
Sprinkle more Shredded cheese on top of each pod (optional)
Place Egg bite mold gently in the Instant Pot
Place the cover on the Instant Pot, select “Steam” and set to 8 minutes.
Do the Natural Pressure Release (NPR) for 10 minutes and then “quick” release the rest.
Carefully remove the egg bites from the instant pot and let cool down for a few minutes.

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to a week!
