Rava – 1 cup (Approx. 180 grams)
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Chana dal – 1 teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Chopped curry leaves
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Green chilli – 1
Grated carrot – 3 tbl spoon, Beans – 3
Coriander leaves
Curd – ¾ cup
Salt
Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
