►Ingredients
Butter – 55 gms
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Egg – 1
Vanilla Essence
All-Purpose Flour – 1 1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 2 tsp
Salt
Milk – 3/4 cup
►Method
1. Blend butter and sugar.
2. Add egg and blend it.
3. Mix vanilla essence.
4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix it.
5. Pour milk and mix.
6. Add the cake batter into the greased pan.
7. Make the butterscotch syrup by boiling brown sugar, water, butter, and honey.
8. Pour the sauce on top of the batter.
9. Bake it in a 180-degree preheated oven for 50 minutes.
