Sausage Crostini
1 package Sausage ( one pd)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
French bread, cut into desired sizes
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 finely chopped red bell pepper
1 onion, finely chopped
1 stalk finely chopped celery
