Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Ingredients

Digestive Biscuit – 400 Gms
Sugar – 150 Gms
Cocoa Powder – 50 Gms
Water – 200 Ml
Unsalted Butter – 150 Gms
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
Walnut – 1 Cup

To Make Chocolate Ganache
Fresh Cream – 1 Cup (200 Ml)
Dark Chocolate – 200 Gms

Method:
Break the biscuits into small pieces and take it in a bowl
Heat a pan and toast walnuts and add half of it to the biscuits and keep the rest aside
In a pan add sugar and cocoa powder.
Gradually add water, and stir well
Place it over medium heat.
Add butter and mix well
Bring to boil for about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Add vanilla extract and set aside to cool
Pour the syrup over the biscuits and mix well
Transfer the mixture into a cake tin
Press down the biscuit mixture evenly
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes
Heat a pan add cream and let it heat up
Add chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
Pour ganache over the chocolate biscuit cake and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours
Garnish with toasted nuts and serve.

No-Bake Custard Cake
Ingredients
Maida – 1 cup
Custard Powder (Vanilla Flavour) – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Baking powder – 2 Tsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Egg – 2 nos
Milk – 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
Unsalted Butter – 150 gms

For Buttercream Custard Frosting
Unsalted Butter – 150 gms
Icing Sugar – 300 gms
Custard Powder (Vanilla Flavour) – 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp

Method:
1. In a separate bowl, add maida, custard powder, salt, baking powder and sugar.
2. Mix them and keep it aside.
3. To another bowl, add egg, milk, vanilla essence and unsalted butter.
4. Beat it nicely and pour it over the dry ingredients.
5. Beat it well until you get a nice smooth batter.
6. Grease the base of the cake tin and line it with butter papper.
7. Fix the cake tin and pour in the cake batter.
8. Pour water into the electric cooker and place a stand in it.
9. Keep the cake tin over the stand and close the cooker.
10. Set the program on the menu to baking a cake.
11. Once the time is up, open the cooker and remove the cake.
12. Let it cool.
13. For the buttercream custard frosting, beat the unsalted butter until it is creamy.
14. to it add icing sugar, custard powder and vanilla essence.
15. Beat it until the frosting nice and creamy.
16. Place half of the cream in the piping bag fitting with nozzle.
17. Remove the top of the cake to get a even surface.
18. Apply frosting on the sides and on the top.
19. Use the frosting in the piping bag to decorate the cake.
20. Yummy buttercream custard frosting is ready.
