**Chicken Marinade**
2 chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbs kecap manis
1/2 Tbs oystersauce
1 Tbs ginger, grated.
white pepper
1/8 tsp 5spice
1Tbs oil
2 green onions, chopped (whites parts separated)
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Cup rice + a little less than 1 cup of the mushroom water
.5 Tbs dried shrimp, rehydrated and chopped
6 shitake mushrooms, rehydrated and sliced
2 lap cheung sausages, whole
1 cup diced lap cheung sausage
2 Tbs chopped cilantro for garnish
**Drizzling Sauce**
1.5 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1tsp scallion oil
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
