CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
2 cups – Milk
3/4 cup – Sugar
1/2 cup – Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp – All purpose Flour
80 g – Salted Butter
CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE:
2 cups – All purpose Flour
2/3 cup – Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 cups – Sugar
1 tsp – Salt
2 tsp – Baking Powder
2 tsp – Baking Soda
1 cup – Milk
1/2 cup – Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp – Vanilla Extract
4 pcs – Eggs
1 cup – Boiling Water
2 tsp – Coffee
1 1/2 tbsp – White Vinegar
(Bake at 175°C for 40 minutes)
