Ingredients
1 pound of Shrimp (imitation crab meat, white fish, or canned tuna)
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 Tbsp Tomato chicken bouillon
4 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 medium onion, chopped
The desired amount of Jalapeño or serrano
Small bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1/4 tbsp water
Toppings- chopped purple onion, cotija cheese, Mexican cream (or Mexican sour cream), hot sauce of choice
