RECIPE:
Mexican spiced chicken thighs:
4 chicken thighs
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/2 TBSP salt
2 TBSP ground dried chilis
1 TBSP pepper
1/2 TBSP cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 TBSP onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lime juiced
Oven baked sweet potato wedges:
3 -4 sweet potatoes
1/4 cup avocado oil
2 TBSP garlic oil
1/2 TBSP turmeric
3/4 TBSP paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
cilantro and lime to garnish.
